Kellogg Recalls Froot Loops, Other Popular Cereals

Law360, New York (June 25, 2010, 5:56 PM EDT) -- Kellogg Co. has recalled several of its most popular breakfast cereals, including Apple Jacks, Corn Pops and Froot Loops, due to off flavors and strange smells caused by an additive in its packaging that could lead to nausea and diarrhea.

The cereal giant announced the voluntary recall in cooperation with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration on Friday.
