Law360, New York (June 29, 2010, 11:46 AM EDT) -- A class of more than 400 former employees who claim Century Aluminum Co. unfairly reduced or eliminated collectively bargained vested retiree health benefits has lost a bid to reinstate those benefits while the lawsuit is pending.
