SEC, Coadum Advisers Fraud Suit Settlement OK'd

Law360, New York (June 29, 2010, 3:15 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has signed off on the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's move to end its suit against Coadum Advisors Inc. and several other entities who were accused of a securities fraud scheme that bilked investors out of $30 million.
