AG Reaches Out To Auto Makers To Settle Suit

Law360, New York (February 1, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- California’s new attorney general has made an attempt to resolve a federal lawsuit against six of the largest U.S. and Japanese auto makers, but warned that he would continue to pursue the action if the companies did not cut greenhouse gas emissions produced by their vehicles.
