New Airline Union Rule Jibes With Labor Law: Judge

Law360, New York (June 29, 2010, 4:05 PM EDT) -- Following up on a ruling earlier in June, a federal judge has said that the National Mediation Board's adoption of a rule that makes it easier for unions in the airline and rail industries to organize does not contradict federal labor law.
