Dutch Court Rules Against Micro Therapeutics In Patent Dispute

Law360, New York (October 28, 2003, 12:00 AM EST) -- A Dutch court has ruled that Micro Therapeutics' (MTI) Sapphire embolic coils infringe three patents that are held by the University of California and its licensee, Boston Scientific Corporation, the company said in a statement.
