Group Accuses EPA Of Putting Off Factory Farm Rule

Law360, New York (June 30, 2010, 3:55 PM EDT) -- California nonprofit organization Comite Civico Del Valle Inc. has accused the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency of dragging its feet on issuing a final decision on a rule that would restrict emissions from factory farms in the Imperial Valley area.
