Sokol Claims Pared In Suit Over Kazakhstan Oil Fields

Law360, New York (June 30, 2010, 12:46 PM EDT) -- Independent oil and gas developer BMB Munai Inc. and its financier have won their bid for summary judgment on two of Sokol Holdings Inc.'s claims against them over BMB's acquisition of oil fields in Kazakhstan, but fallen short in their attempt to nix three others.
