Freddie Mac Fights BofA's Examination Bid

Law360, New York (June 30, 2010, 1:39 PM EDT) -- Freddie Mac is fighting Bank of America NA's request that it submit to more detailed examination regarding its business relationship with bankrupt mortgage lender Taylor Bean & Whitaker Mortgage Corp., saying it has already made “extensive and time-consuming efforts” to respond to the probe.
