ITC Launches 5-Year Review Of Japanese Rubber

Law360, New York (June 30, 2010, 1:43 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission has launched its third five-year review of anti-dumping duties on polychloroprene rubber from Japan, which is used to produce tires, furniture, shoes and other products.

The ITC said its review, announced on June 23, will determine if lifting the duty would result in material injury to U.S. industry. It has asked for comment on the proposal by Aug. 2.
