Chico's Claims Cache Swiped Design Secrets

Law360, New York (July 1, 2010, 5:13 PM EDT) -- Cache Inc. is facing allegations it hired two former employees of Chico's and its White House/Black Market division in order to pilfer trade secrets related to conceptual product design and development plans for the rival fashion retailer's 2010 seasonal lines.
