Tribeca Film Festivals Duke It Out Over Name

Law360, New York (February 2, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- The organizers of New York’s Tribeca Film Festival have filed a trademark infringement suit against Tribeca Network LLC, arguing that its use of the word “Tribeca” in connection with its entertainment products encroaches on their intellectual property rights.
