US Fights Chinese Pencil Cos. In Duty Spat

Law360, New York (July 2, 2010, 1:11 PM EDT) -- The federal government has asked the U.S. Court of International Trade to uphold a determination by the Department of Commerce that certain cased pencils from China are being dumped in the U.S. at less than fair value, saying the agency's anti-dumping administrative review of the issue was properly conducted.
