Great American Wins In Strip Search Settlement Suit

Law360, New York (July 2, 2010, 1:20 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has snuffed out a Maine county’s case alleging a Great American Insurance Group affiliate engaged in unfair practices when it agreed to contribute $750,000 to a settlement fund over illegal strip searches and then tried to take back the money.
