Tower Auto To Use Normal Claim Process With Delphi

Law360, New York (February 2, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- Hours before a court hearing Friday, Tower Automotive Inc. and Delphi Automotive Systems reached an agreement to address a more than $14 million claim through the normal bankruptcy claims reconciliation process.

An order by Judge Robert Drain of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District Court of New York said the companies had agreed to the process rather than through the filing of an adverse proceeding in either of the companies’ Chapter 11 cases.
