Microsoft Antitrust Ruling Expected In September

Law360, New York (February 5, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- Europe’s second-highest court should rule on Microsoft Corp.’s appeal of a landmark 2004 European Commission antitrust decision by the end of September, according to the judge in charge of the case.

Bo Vesterdorf, president of the Europe’s Court of First Instance, said he wanted to publish a ruling in the matter before his tenure with the court expires in September, the Associated Press reported.
