DOT's Impact Report For Calif. Highway Project Stands

Law360, New York (July 6, 2010, 1:11 PM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has determined that the U.S. government adequately considered a Northern California highway interchange expansion's cumulative impact on traffic in its finding that the project would have no significant impact on the human environment.
