11th Circ. Revives Doctors' United Healthgroup Claims

Law360, New York (July 6, 2010, 6:55 PM EDT) -- A federal appeals court ruled Tuesday that seven suits accusing United Healthgroup Inc. of underpaying doctors may proceed, reversing a lower court's ruling that said a prior racketeering decision against the health insurance provider exhausted breach of contract causes of action.
