Insurer To Take UMG Contract Case To High Court

Law360, New York (July 7, 2010, 4:31 PM EDT) -- American Home Assurance Co. has been given the green light to ask the U.S. Supreme Court to consider the scope of a mandatory arbitration provision in a breach of contract case brought against the insurer by Vivendi SA subsidiary UMG Recordings Inc.
