US Futures' Suit Against Exchanges Partly Nixed

Law360, New York (July 7, 2010, 5:49 PM EDT) -- A judge has dismissed predatory pricing allegations from U.S. Futures Exchange LLC's antitrust lawsuit accusing the Chicago Board of Trade and Chicago Mercantile Exchange Inc. of conspiring to monopolize the market for exchange services for U.S. Treasury futures and futures options.
