CIT Affirms Lower Duties On SKF Ball Bearings

Law360, New York (July 8, 2010, 4:51 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Court of International Trade has affirmed the U.S. Department of Commerce's recalculation of a dumping margin for SKF GmbH's ball bearings, bringing to a close the company's challenge of the 18th administrative review of anti-dumping duty orders on the imports.

Judge Timothy C. Stanceu on Wednesday also granted declaratory relief on SFK's claim challenging Commerce's 15-day rule, which instructs U.S. Customs and Border Protection to liquidate entries of the subject merchandise 15 days after announcing the results of an administrative review.
