'Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell' Trial Slated To Open Tuesday

Law360, New York (July 8, 2010, 3:50 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has denied the U.S. government's request for summary judgment in a case by the Log Cabin Republicans seeking repeal of the military's “don't ask, don't tell” policy, clearing the way for a trial to begin Tuesday.
