DA Targeted In Gender Discrimination Suit

Law360 (February 5, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- A slighted veteran prosecutor in California has brought a gender discrimination lawsuit against Alameda County District Attorney Thomas J. Orloff, alleging that his office has kept qualified female attorneys from being promoted and has criticized female employees for taking maternity leave.
