Airbus Irked By WTO Delay Of Boeing Subsidy Report

Law360, New York (July 8, 2010, 5:21 PM EDT) -- Airbus SAS has voiced disappointment in the World Trade Organization for its decision to delay a report on allegations that the U.S. government unfairly subsidized rival aircraft giant Boeing Co.

Airbus, a unit of European Aeronautic Defence and Space Co. NV, said in a statement Thursday it wasn't surprised by the news given the complexity of the case, but wished the WTO had given more than a week's notice of its decision to hold off on the report, which had been set for release July 16....
