BP Partners Face Pressure Over Gulf Spill Payments

Law360, New York (July 22, 2010, 4:22 PM EDT) -- Anadarko Petroleum Corp. and MOEX Offshore 2007 LLC, two minority investors in the BP PLC-operated Deepwater Horizon project, told a U.S. Senate panel Thursday that they would honor their legal liabilities for the spill, but that the oil giant should foot the bill for claims until a contract dispute is resolved.
