PMA, Beazer Bury Home Construction Insurance Feud

Law360, New York (July 12, 2010, 6:43 PM EDT) -- Beazer Homes Holding Corp. and PMA Capital Insurance Co. have reached a truce over whether the insurer should be forced to cover the losses Beazer incurred due to the supposedly shoddy construction work provided by one of PMA's policyholders.

Judge Roslyn O. Silver of the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona dismissed with prejudice PMA's complaint on Friday in light of the parties' settlement agreement, ordering each side to pay their own costs and attorneys' fees.
