Appeals Court OKs 3rd Trial In Lufkin Crash Suit

Law360, New York (July 12, 2010, 4:18 PM EDT) -- A Texas appeals court will allow a third trial in a personal injury suit over a traffic accident involving a Lufkin Industries Inc.-made 18-wheeler trailer, after the second trial in the case reversed a jury's multimillion-dollar award to the plaintiffs.
