NDS Seeks To Intervene In Iron Castings Dumping Case

Law360, New York (July 12, 2010, 2:56 PM EDT) -- Iron castings importer NDS Inc. has asked to intervene in a suit three domestic producers have brought against the U.S. Department of Commerce contesting a finding that certain flappers, grates and frames from China fall outside the scope of an anti-dumping order.

NDS was the importer that requested the determination now being challenged by the Municipal Castings Fair Trade Council and so should be allowed to intervene, the company said in a motion filed Friday with the U.S. Court of International Trade.
