Neff Corp. Wins OK To Advance Plan Despite Objections

Law360, New York (July 12, 2010, 5:21 PM EDT) -- A judge has advanced bankrupt heavy equipment rental company Neff Corp.'s plan to restructure itself with help from private equity firms including Apollo Capital Management, despite unsecured creditors' vocal contentions that the process is being rushed to protect directors from legal claims.
