'Crude' Maker Fights Chevron In 2nd Circ. For Outtakes

Law360, New York (July 14, 2010, 4:17 PM EDT) -- Ecuadorean environmental claimants seeking $27 billion from Chevron Corp. and a filmmaker who documented their efforts sought Wednesday to convince a federal appeals court to reverse an order compelling the disclosure of film outtakes, saying the oil giant is trying to chill journalistic efforts.
