Acciona Hit With Injunction In Endesa Dispute

Law360 (February 6, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal judge in New York has reportedly given the nod to a request for a partial preliminary injunction against Spanish energy and construction firm Acciona SA in a lawsuit that claims the company duped U.S. regulators when it purchased a 10% stake in Endesa SA, another Spanish energy firm.
