EU OKs Antitrust Immunity For Oneworld Airline Tie-Up

Law360, New York (July 14, 2010, 1:06 PM EDT) -- The European Commission gave British Airways PLC, American Airlines Inc. and Iberia LAE SA permission Wednesday to jointly manage some routes between the U.S. and Europe as long as the Oneworld Alliance members make landing and takeoff slots available at major airports in New York and London.
