DOC Trying To Change Dismissal Bid: Estee Lauder

Law360, New York (July 15, 2010, 4:27 PM EDT) -- Estee Lauder Inc. has opposed a bid by the U.S. Department of Commerce to file an amended motion to dismiss in a suit over cosmetic kit tariffs, arguing the government will use it as an opportunity to revise arguments made in the original motion.
