Gas Royalty Class Claims Against XTO Revived

Law360, New York (July 16, 2010, 6:44 PM EDT) -- A judge has recertified class claims and allowed new plaintiffs to intervene in a complaint against XTO Energy Inc., which is accused of giving short shrift to natural gas royalty interest owners in Oklahoma and Kansas.

Judge Tim Leonard in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma on Tuesday allowed two new plaintiffs to intervene after the original class was decertified amid a series of missteps by the former plaintiffs counsel.
