Catfish Farmers Intervene In Anti-Dumping Suit

Law360, New York (July 16, 2010, 5:13 PM EDT) -- A federal court is allowing domestic catfish producers led by the Catfish Farmers of America to intervene in an anti-dumping duties suit brought by QVD Co. Ltd. over frozen fish fillets from Vietnam.

The U.S. Court of International Trade on Wednesday granted the right to intervene to the group and to individual catfish processors America's Catch, Country Select Catfish, Delta Pride Catfish Inc., Harvest Select Catfish Inc., Heartland Catfish Co., Pride of the Pond and Simmons Farm Raised Catfish Inc.
