EPA, Commerce Want Out Of Exxon's FOIA Suit

Law360, New York (July 16, 2010, 5:33 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the Department of Commerce are seeking summary judgment in a Freedom of Information Act case brought by Exxon Mobil Corp. over documents from studies funded by the $900 million settlement between Exxon and the government in the wake of the Exxon Valdez oil spill.
