Greens Seek Restraining Order On Ark. Power Plant

Law360, New York (July 19, 2010, 4:43 PM EDT) -- A controversial coal-fired power plant being built in Arkansas has come under renewed attack from the Sierra Club and other environmental groups, which claim the project has not been properly approved and that construction should be immediately halted.
