Judge Grants Werner More Time To Solve Fee Spat

Law360, New York (February 7, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal bankruptcy judge is hoping that some extra time will help end a fight that has broken out between Werner Co.’s financial advisor and the ladder maker’s unsecured-creditors committee over a $1.39 million fee payment.

On Monday, Judge Kevin J. Carey of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Wilmington gave Rothschild Inc. and the committee until February 21 to bury the hatchet.
