Tianjin Steel Oil Pipe Rate Tallied Wrong: US Steel

Law360, New York (July 19, 2010, 11:55 AM EDT) -- United States Steel Corp. has filed a lawsuit alleging a 32.07 percent anti-dumping margin federal authorities placed on oil drill pipe products exported into the U.S. by Tianjin Pipe (Group) Corp. was the product of errors including a failure to properly calculate tax and other costs.

The Pittsburgh-based steelmaker's complaint, lodged Friday in the U.S. Court of International Trade, marks another legal challenge to the International Trade Administration's revised final determination, published in May.
