Commerce Finalizes Duties On Indian Shrimp

Law360, New York (July 19, 2010, 12:09 PM EDT) -- Confirming preliminary results, the U.S. Department of Commerce on Monday assessed anti-dumping duties of up to 4.44 percent on dozens of Indian shrimp companies.

The International Trade Administration kept the 2.67 percent duty margin it had assigned to most Indian shrimp importers in March, while Liberty Group received a 4.44 percent margin and two companies that had intervened in a suit over duty rates received margins of less than 1 percent.
