Great Lakes States Sue US For Asian Carp Barrier

Law360, New York (July 19, 2010, 3:39 PM EDT) -- Attorney generals from five Great Lakes states have sued the federal government seeking a court order to install physical barriers to block the passage of Asian carp from the Mississippi River into Lake Michigan.
