AG Urges Delay Of UnitedHealth Settlement

Law360, New York (February 7, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- The Ohio attorney general has sent a letter warning a committee overseeing the UnitedHealth Group’s options backdating case that the prospect of a rushed settlement with the company’s disgraced chief executive officer would be unfair to the company’s shareholders.
