All MGA Trade Dress Claims In Play In Bratz Suit: Judge

Law360, New York (July 20, 2010, 5:39 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has ordered MGA Entertainment Inc. to either allow Mattel Inc. to depose all of MGA's trade dress infringement claims or to formally amend the pleadings, in the parties' long-running intellectual property and unfair competition dispute over Bratz dolls.
