Enviros Fail To Change Turtle Guidelines For Shrimpers

Law360, New York (July 20, 2010, 5:18 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has tossed the latest in a string of lawsuits accusing the U.S. Department of State of failing to properly consider whether foreign fleets harmed sea turtles in the process of capturing shrimp later sold in the United States.
