WARN Claims Sunk In SEIU's Hospital Layoff Spat

Law360, New York (July 20, 2010, 4:10 PM EDT) -- Hospital management firms Prime Health Care Services Inc. and Medical Properties Trust have won summary judgment on claims from the Service Employees International Union alleging they failed to notify employees of mass layoffs that put 159 workers at Shasta Regional Medical Center out of jobs.
