US Shrimpers Get Allied Pacific Nixed From Duty Review

Law360, New York (July 20, 2010, 4:34 PM EDT) -- Allied Pacific Food (Dalian) Co. Ltd., a major Chinese shrimp producer, and affiliate Allied Pacific Aquatic Products Zhanjiang Co. Ltd. have been cut from a government anti-dumping duty review at the request of a powerful group of domestic producers.

The companies were taken off a lengthy list of Chinese shrimp exporters whose margin rates are being reviewed by the U.S. International Trade Administration, according to a notice posted Monday in the Federal Register that cited a July 6 request by the Ad Hoc Shrimp Trade Action...
