P&G Ends Tooth-Staining Mouthwash Class Action

Law360, New York (July 22, 2010, 12:05 PM EDT) -- Procter & Gamble Manufacturing Co. has resolved claims brought against it by a putative class of consumers who said the company's Crest Pro-Health mouthwash stained their teeth.

Judge Denise Page Hood of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan on Wednesday gave the go-ahead to a stipulation of dismissal forged by the parties. Details of a settlement, if any, were not disclosed in court documents, but each party will cover its own costs.
