Claims Cut In Suit Over Firm's Work On $30M Loan

Law360, New York (July 21, 2010, 11:53 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has dropped negligence claims from a real estate firm's suit accusing law firm Fieldstone Lester Shear & Denberg LLP and a title insurer of misconduct in representing a now-bankrupt borrower in its quest to secure a $30 million loan, leaving only a breach of contract claim in play.
