Chesapeake CWA Suit Survives Perdue's Dismissal Bid

Law360, New York (July 22, 2010, 3:36 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has denied Perdue Farms Inc.'s request to dismiss a citizen suit accusing it of polluting the Chesapeake Bay and its tributaries with poultry waste in violation of the Clean Water Act.
