Ameren Accused Of Stalling On $20M Cleanup

Law360, New York (July 23, 2010, 5:10 PM EDT) -- Two Illinois residents have slapped electricity and natural gas supplier Ameren Corp. with a citizen suit demanding the company proceed with an estimated $20 million cleanup operation to remove up to 17,000 tons of contaminated soil from the site of a former Ameren manufactured gas plant.
